REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

I hope you are completely in love with your purchase. Should you though, for any reason, want to return your item, please return it in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that you get proof of postage.

 

I will process a full refund for returned items as long as they are unworn and in the same condition that you received them. I will exchange items on request (if you prefer) if they are faulty or damaged.  Alternatively, contact me directly to see if we can find an alternative solution. 

 

In the interests of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.  I also do not refund customised orders (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online), bespoke orders (commissions) or sale items.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Every possible care will be taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely but if there has been ANY damage caused in transit please let me know within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. You can use my Contact Form for this or email me.

CANCELLATIONS

I am able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please return the item(s) unworn and in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. Once I have received the returned items, I will process a refund less my shipping costs. You will also be liable for return shipping costs. Please ensure that you get proof of postage. If you do return items, please ensure that you contact me so that I know to expect them.

REFUNDS

I will refund the full amount within 7 days of receipt (you’ll only need to pay the postage, unless the item is faulty). A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

 

GIFTS

If the item was a gift that was posted directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
